One less Miata in the world
Well we think so anyway. The driver’s side is smashed up really well and the wheel is bent slightly and the leaking from the engine. Today we’ll contact the insurance company and see what they want us to do. On the bright side now we probably don’t have to worry about trying to sell it.
Nicole is doing ok, but the left side of her body hurts.
Crap! I’m glad she’s feeling mostly okay. Did she get officially checked out or is she “toughing it”?
April 18th, 2005 at 8:21 amShe didn’t get officially checked out. She was able to tense her whole body to brace for impact which makes your muscles take most of the damage. It’s painful sinc eyou tear muscle but muscle recovers quickly.
So she’s in pain on the left half of her body. Nothing seems to have moved in her spine, but I’m not good at checking necks. She might go to a chiropractor to get checked out, but right now she’s just resting.
