I am totally loving the work you’re doing and having done. So dreamy and beautiful.

July 25th, 2006 at 9:38 pmI was randomly searching the web trying to get some ideas on how to do the breakfast bar cut out that we are making in our kitchen. I was unsure if we should do a bar that sticks our far enough for stools on the other side or do it like you did where you have the cut out and thats it. Your kitchen looks amazing and definently inspired me and made me feel at ease about cutting this huge rectangle in my perfectly good plaster wall. Your kitchen looks wonderful but now after seeing your bathroom photos I may go home and throw out our old sink and toilet. Thanks for the inspiration and good luck with any other projects that you take on.

We debated makin git a wide seating area but decided that made the space on the other side of the kitchen awkward unless it was being used for the actual meal. Also it would have been another area to become a clutter pile.
Good luck in your remodel!
