Property suckiness!
The Hulsey property next to ours has been put on the market with a target towards contractors who might want to split up the property and build multiple units. They have 18000 sq. ft. so they could easily put 4 houses on there.
We need to get out of here fast or figure out some other way to deal. Otherwise we’re going to be hemmed in on both sides by large homes on tiny lots.
oooh, that’s awful! But maybe they’ll make an offer to you so you can stop fixing the house, buy a new bigger one with working plumbing, lots of storage space, and ample yard! Do you know when all this will happen? Good thing that I’m already all packed up and ready to move. Guess I’ll hold off on a bed and sleep on the floor when I return in a couple of weeks.
